How Free Design Works

1. Snap a few photos
   Take clear photos of your room from different angles. Try to include doors, windows and any existing furniture you’d like to keep.
   
2. Tell us what you need
   In your email, share a few details:
   How you use this room (TV, reading, family time, guests, etc.)
   How many people usually sit here
   Any colors or styles you like or want to avoid
   
3. Email everything to us
   Send your photos and notes to dazonehome@dazone.cn with the subject line “Free Design”.
   
4. Receive your design plan
   Our designers will review your space and send back simple layout ideas and product suggestions that fit your room and budget.

What to Include in Your Email

To help us design more accurately, please include:

• Room photos – at least 3–5 photos from different corners of the room
  
• Approximate measurements – room length and width, plus any important dimensions (like TV wall or window width)
  
• Existing furniture – what you plan to keep or must work around
  
• Preferred seating – recliners, accent chairs, sofa + ottoman, etc.
  
• Style & color direction – warm and cozy / modern and clean / neutral / colorful
  
• Special needs – seniors at home, pets, small kids, limited mobility, etc.
