Refund & Exchange Policy (30-Day Returns)

Policy basics

We offer a 30-day return window starting from the day your order is delivered. If something isn’t quite right, we’ll help you sort it out.

To start a return or exchange, email us at dazonehome@dazone.cnto request an RMA (Return Authorization). We’ll reply with return instructions.

Return eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • Products showing signs of use, heavy wear, stains, damage, or missing packaging may be rejected.

  • Returns sent without an RMA may be refused, and unauthorized/unknown packages may be disposed of.

How to return (step-by-step)

  1. Email dazonehome@dazone.cn with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll send you an RMA and return instructions.

  3. Ship the item back as instructed (please do not send returns to the manufacturer or an address you find on the box unless we confirm it).

Refunds

Once your return is delivered to us and inspected, we’ll email you with the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Processing time is typically within 1 week, though your bank/card provider may take additional time to post the funds.

Exchanges

If you’d like an exchange (for example, a different fabric or color), please request it by email when you contact us for an RMA.

  • Exchanges are available within the 30-day return window, provided the item is unused and in original packaging.

  • In most cases, we’ll process the return for the original item and you can place a new order for the replacement—this helps ensure the fastest fulfillment.

Damaged or defective items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll make it right.

Please email dazonehome@dazone.cn within the return window with:

  • A photo/video of the product issue

  • A photo/video of the outer packaging and shipping label

We may offer a replacement, parts, or a refund depending on the situation.

Important notes

  • Please do not return items without authorization.

  • Keep all packaging until you’re sure you’ll keep the item.

  • This policy applies to online purchases from Dazone.
