Is it really free?

Yes—our Free Design Service is 100% free. No deposit, no hidden fees, and no obligation to purchase. If you love the plan, you can shop the recommended items when you’re ready.
What do I get from the free design?

You’ll receive a personalized room layout based on your space and style, plus a furniture placement plan and product recommendations that match your measurements. For most requests, we also include a simple style direction (colors/materials) and practical spacing tips.
What information should I send to get the best plan?

The more accurate the details, the better the layout. Please share:

  • Room dimensions (L × W) and ceiling height (if possible)
  • Door/window positions + any fixed items (radiator, built-ins)
  • Photos or a quick video of the room
  • Your needs (reading nook, extra seating, pet-friendly, etc.)
  • Style references (modern, cozy, minimalist, etc.)
  • If you’re unsure how to measure, just send photos—we’ll guide you.
How long does it take?

Most designs are delivered within 24–48 business hours. During peak periods, it may take a little longer, but we’ll keep you updated.
Can you help with small spaces or apartments?

Yes—small-space design is one of our most common requests. We focus on clear walkways, functional layouts, and furniture that fits comfortably (including compact accent chairs, ottomans, and space-saving pieces).
Can you design around an item I already own?

Absolutely. If you’re keeping a sofa, rug, coffee table, or TV stand, we’ll build the plan around it. Just share dimensions + a photo.
Do you recommend products from your store only?

We’ll prioritize Dazone LoHome pieces so you can buy directly with clear sizing guidance and fewer mismatches. If something doesn’t fit your space or budget, we can suggest alternative types/sizes (e.g., “chair width 27–30 in”) so you can match elsewhere.
Can I request a specific product to be included (e.g., an accent chair with ottoman)?

Yes. If you already have a product in mind—like a swivel accent chair with ottoman or a sherpa accent chair—tell us, and we’ll design the layout around it and recommend matching pieces.
Do you provide 3D renders?

For some requests we can provide a simple visual reference. If you specifically want a 3D room render, mention it in your request and we’ll confirm what’s possible for your room.
How many revisions do I get?

You can request one round of revisions for free (layout tweaks, different style direction, or alternative furniture options).
Will my information be kept private?

Yes. Your photos and measurements are used only for design planning and customer support. We don’t publish customer spaces without permission.
