You have 2 hours to cancel your order. Once orders are processed, no cancellation requests will be approved. You will be responsible for Return postage and may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Why can't I cancel it?
Our warehouse processes thousands of packages each day. We are unable to cancel your order once the shipping label is processed and printed. We are also unable to stop packages as it does not follow our carrier's policies.
We stand behind our items and offer 30 days warranty. All items are in brand new condition unless specified otherwise elsewhere in the description.
All returns - defective or otherwise - have to be preauthorized. Please contact us to get an authorization and returning address before sending the item back. If an item is returned because of an undeliverable shipping address, buyer agrees to pay the cost for re-shipment.
.Please note that If the return/replacement is not a result of our mistake (not defective or wrong item), the buyer is responsible for return shipping, as well as a 20% restocking fee.
.Replacement or refund will be made upon receipt of the returned item. If you do not want to wait for the replacement, you can just reorder one and then send the first one back for a refund.
